User Agreement for the Sale of Digital Goods through the Plati Market Platform
1.1. The Plati Market platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform") is an online service providing a set of informational and technical solutions to facilitate transactions between sellers and buyers, specifically for digital goods, including game accounts.
1.2. The Platform offers its services under the conditions outlined in this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement").
1.3. The Buyer is an individual who purchases digital goods, such as game accounts, for a fee via the Platform.
2.1. Sellers set their own prices for digital goods, including game accounts.
2.2. The Platform administration reserves the right to set minimum price thresholds for certain categories of products if necessary.
2.3. VAT Compliance
If you sell goods in any EU country, it’s likely you may be required to register for Value Added Tax (VAT) in each country you sell in. It is the responsibility of each Plati Market seller to ensure they are VAT-compliant. You should seek professional advice if you are unsure of your obligations.
3.1. This Agreement becomes effective when the Seller accepts its terms.
3.2. The Agreement is considered concluded once the Seller completes the registration process on the Platform.
3.3. By using the Platform's services, the Seller confirms full acceptance of this Agreement.
4.1. The Seller
4.1.1. The Seller must be at least 16 years old, registered on the Platform, and agree to adhere to the terms of this Agreement.
4.1.2. If the Seller disagrees with any part of this Agreement, they must refrain from using the Platform.
4.1.3. The Seller confirms they have the legal right to sell any game accounts or digital goods listed.
4.1.4. The Seller is required to list products in the appropriate categories as determined by the Platform's administration.
4.1.5. The Seller must not use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized activities.
4.1.6. The Seller agrees to the processing of their personal data in accordance with applicable laws.
4.1.7. The Seller shall not artificially inflate their sales ratings or engage in fraudulent activities.
4.2. The Platform Administration
4.2.1. The Platform administration may amend this Agreement without prior notice. The updated Agreement will take effect upon publication on the Platform.
4.2.2. The Platform administration reserves the right to remove content that violates this Agreement or applicable laws.
4.2.3. The Platform administration may suspend or terminate services if the Seller engages in illegal activities or receives negative feedback.
5.1. The Platform administration is not responsible for disputes between Sellers and Buyers regarding digital goods.
5.2. The Platform administration does not guarantee the legality or quality of the digital goods sold.
5.3. Any disputes between the Seller and the Platform administration will be resolved through negotiation.
6.1. Registration on the Platform is free of charge.
6.2. A 2% commission is applied to all transactions, and a fixed selling fee of 1 USD is charged per listing.
6.3. The Platform administration may introduce or modify service fees with prior notice to the Seller.
7.1. The Platform administration does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services.
7.2. The Platform administration does not guarantee the legality of the digital goods sold through the Platform.
7.3. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation.
7.4. The Seller may terminate this Agreement with a 30-day notice provided electronically to the Platform administration.
